Returns Within 5 Days
We offer a return policy that allows you to return items within 5 days of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team at info@petpurr.ae
- Check Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, including all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any other items that came with the product. Ensure you have your purchase receipt.
- Handling and Shipping Fee: For processing the return and to cover handling and shipping costs, a fee of 10 AED will be applied. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the same card used for the original purchase. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged Items or Errors
In case your order contains damaged items or if you received the wrong product due to our mistake, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a free exchange or return for you, ensuring you get the correct and undamaged items promptly.
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item, receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
